Land preparation, plant sowing, crop stages monitoring and management, harvesting storage and delivery.
Calvince works to ensure that our farmers land is ready for next planting season and planting is done evenly and at the right time. Apart from that he checks on the right seeds, timely planting, weeding, replanting if necessary and harvesting.
Project Management
Polycarp Makowiti
Farm management and report writing, farmer registration and training.
How do we relay the progress of our farms and crops for a particular season to our clients and the public? Well Polycarp manages farm photography of all crop stages, reporting and farmer evaluation and registration
